The Angel Eyes Foundation cannot guarantee the availability of funds or success of medical treatments.
Filing an application does not guarantee assistance.
All funds will be paid directly to healthcare providers/suppliers.
Applicants must reside in the United States, have a kc diagnosis, and meet income threshold to be eligible for consideration.
All information provided in the application is kept confidential. We try to keep questions reasonable.
The Angel Eyes Foundation is not liable for any issues that may arise from medical treatments/lenses.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all terms of aid.
The Organization reserves the right to reject applications that we feel do not demonstrate financial need/medical necessity.
Due to limited funding, The Angel Eyes Foundation will have a limited amount of accepted applications each year.
